I am finished editing Mountain Tapestry. It is a one movement piece for solo viola and orchestra, music about Mt. Diablo, a beautiful landmark in Northern California.
Have finished refining Remember, for voice, cello and piano, first premiered December 21, 2005.
Applying to New Music USA for funds to record an instrumental and vocal album. Will include Friday Nights, for cello and piano, Song of Kabir, vocal, cello and piano, Fantasy for Violin and Piano (arrangement of Fantasy for Electric Guitar and Orchestra), and Remember.
I am now writing a piece for two baritones, cello and piano to include on the album that I am hoping will be funded by New Music USA.
